Our ‘fabric first’ approach means that we look at the materials a building is made from and ensure they are at a good standard, before making recommendations on the technology to use. In the UK, there is a huge variety of materials used in buildings, and different types of construction need different solutions.
This approach means that the technology we recommend is fit for purpose and will work effectively. Crucially a fabric first approach also ensures our clients save money.
Our services include SAP Assessments. Unlike many other providers who may complete these assessments as a box ticking exercise, we use them as a way to evaluate the process and costs, with a view to cutting down costs for our clients.
